1. Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via CTT - Correios de Portugal, using the Registered Mail service (Correio Registado). This method ensures that your order includes a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its journey until it reaches your address.

2. Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times start counting from the moment the order is dispatched (we typically ship within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation):

Mainland Portugal: 1 to 3 business days.

Islands (Madeira & Azores): 2 to 5 business days.

Europe: 3 to 7 business days.

Note: These timeframes are estimates provided by CTT and may vary during high-volume seasons (such as Christmas) or due to exceptional transport circumstances.
